„X To drive sales and profit through the effective implementation of the store manager¡¦s business development plan. Monitoring competitors and feeding back to the Retail Manager.
„X To ensure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service standards with the store.
„X To effectively oversee and direct the day to day schedules and activity of the store team, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
„X To set, drive and measure initiatives within the store to achieve sales/budgets.
„X To comply with the law as it applies to retailing, particularly the Sale of Goods Act.
