You need to carry some equipment from the van into the exchange but a door is obstructing you.

Several large boxes of equipment have been delivered to your exchange and you’ve been put in charge of handling the delivery.

Il termine "exchange" si riferisce chiarmente a una struttura logistica all'interno (o all'esterno ) dell'edificio di un'azienda. Il "centralino" in senso telefonico mi pare non appropriato, potrebbe forse trattarsi della !"reception", o solo l'area di ingresso? (o nioente di tutto quest :-) )
