"The Company is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. We are also committed to complying with applicable state and local ordinances. Smoking is therefore, prohibited in all company buildings. Employees wishing to smoke must smoke in designated smoking areas. Even if more than one employee in the department smokes, there must be COVERAGE in the department at all times."
