Use of Other Modes of Transportation to LGA (airport).
Three non‑bus or non‑rail modes of transportation that may provide feasible connections to LGA were identified and evaluated:
ferry service, helicopter service, and gondola service.

I know there's an entry for "Gondola" on Proz. However, it refers to an "open car/wagon" to transport goods, not people.
