M. is the Licensor of certain know how and intellectual property rights, including the Licensed Rights, in respect of which it has granted certain licences to the Customer for the purposes of filming Stephen Hawkings speech on September 4th for display as a Peppers Ghost Image making use of a Foil projection apparatus supplied by M at the “Yes” Conference in Kiev, Ukraine, 12th-16th September 2017.
