English to Ukrainian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

This master loan agreement (this Agreement) sets out the terms and conditions on which SB Plc may from time to time, pursuant to a request from the Borrower, enter into one or more loan transactions in respect of gold (the Borrowed Gold). Each loan made in respect of Borrowed Gold (a Loan) shall be made to the Borrower either by delivery to the Borrower by SB Plc of the Borrowed Gold which is the subject of that Loan in the physical form or by way of the payment by SB Plc to the Borrower of proceeds arising from the sale of the Borrowed Gold by SB Plc at the request of, and on behalf of, the Borrower. A reference to this Agreement includes a confirmation issued by SB Plc (each a Loan Confirmation) for the purpose of confirming a Loan.
