उप-निदेशक शासकीय केंद्रीय मुद्रणालय, भोपाल I think Amar is right. It appears to be a printer's short form. The hindi term I have mentioned above abbreviates to this - but of course I am completely guessing.

@Varsha Is it typed or is it part of a printed form? Looking at it in its entirety, it looks like a printers' annotation.
