Salve, sto traducendo una perizia di valutazione relativa a un appezzamento di terreno, e mi chiedo se sia meglio tradurre un' espressione verbale utilizzando la forma attiva o passiva.
La frase completa è questa : Su detto lotto è stato rilasciato Permesso di Costruire da parte del Comune di xxxxx in data xxxxx, per la costruzione di un fabbricato in c.a.p. a due piani fuori terra da adibire a deposito ed imbottigliamento dell'olio d'oliva. E l'espressione su cui chiedo consigli è ''su detto lotto è stato rilasciato Permesso di Costruire da parte del comune di xxx''

I think passive is best. The terms to be used will depend on whether its English or American English you need. If its English I'd go for a building permit was issued by xxxx town/city council

: Municipality is commonly used in the US, but is perfectly understandable British English and also the standard tran for comune which can range from the tiniest hamlet to Rome.
