Non-PRO (1): Lara Barnett

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Hi Don't worry with Ana
You have to turn the matter in another view
The question don't ride the context. One thing is if you want to say what is write on question text. Different is what is write in the context.
Question and context are not the same.
Cheers

For the record I still disagree with Ana's answer and explanation (!).

Yes a common problem is that Italian people in instances don't say what they mean. Pls more succinct

a beautiful architectural treasure that people discover, year after year

My interpretation.

Actually, rather than "people", I think it would be better if you used "visitors". Although "people" isn't really wrong, because of the presence of the reflexive pronoun that is placed before "scopre".

"architectural gem" would work well, too
Peer comment(s):

agree Charlotte Fleming : "an architectural gem" (without the "beautiful", which, to me, is implicit in "architectural gem").

OK, thanks Lara.
agree Nick Pell : you could also use "treasure cove" so that "miniera" is reminded a little

Thanks, Nick. But I think I should leave "cove" out of the equation.
