si dice in entrambi i modi, se cerchi su google lo trovi, infatti ho anche dato gems come alternativa sopra.

: You need to keep pearls. Both b/c it gives the idea of a series of lovely things or places scattered about & because it's reminiscent of pearls before swine. I would NOT use gems. Something may be a gem, but gems aren't scattered.
