"Report on the Statutory Board of Auditors which performs account auditing activity"
A bit strange because the "independent auditors" "società di revisione" audits the accouts and writes a report to certify them. The statutory auditors do check the accounts but they also check a lot of other things like board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
