Business management tools
PowerPoint slide showing the fields of application of a management tool. This comes under a section for "Self-Care"
* Administration (saldo, duplicati, servizi attivi, etc.)
* Aggiornamento anagrafica
* Gestione servizi (attivazione/disattivazione)
For "saldo" I have put "balance sheets", but the rest of this line seems so vague and unspecific. Is there a standard construction here?

Saldo = "balance sheets" ? I don't know what the software does, but from what you've written I'm not seeing that. I think it's more "current balance" (i.e., payment situation)
In general, this "Administration" section looks to be where the user sees current active services, the money they currently owe/are owed (balance), duplicates (of what I don't know), where they update their personal information, and enable/disable various services.
