That's what I'd call it under more "technical" circumstances - depends if your target audience is "real" people or "techies"

FWIW: "Feed" could also be used instead of "Infeed"

Just my opinion - but for the documents where you're dealing with the general public as your target, why not ditch the "solenoid" and just use plain "valve". Most "real people" won't care. Keep it for the technical data sheets. I'd ask my customer for the OK.

If you do drop "solenoid", I'd use "feed valve" - it would work for both coffee grounds/beans or water/steam.

I did a quick "solenoid" search associated with coffee: apparently they are quite touted!
