Italiano term
interessato da
Da Italiano a Inglese
Affari/Finanza
Finanza (generale)
operazioni finanziarie
I am wondering what the "da" does to the phrase;
la banca... interessata da xx per una eventuale ristrutturazione.
grazie
la banca... interessata da xx per una eventuale ristrutturazione.
grazie

- it says "EVENTUALE ristrutturazione", so at that stage X had probably just contacted the bank to find out about getting a loan.

Another idea is that the bank was approached by a person who tried to interest it in an eventual restructuration (reorganization). But the entire Italian phrase could help us more.
Hope this is confirmed by experts.

Mara Ballarini
: involved by, ie the bank's interest/attention has been drawn by - synonym of interessata in this case is 'far intervenire'
