You would never use promiscuous in this context ( the term often comes up when referring to company cars that are drivenused both for business and private purposes).

This was interesting, so I had to ask my husband (an Italian employment atty). As is so often the case, this is a lovely little particularity of Italian law, in which employment contracts generally must specify EXACTLY the employee will be doing, UNLESS they specify the contrary, that is that what they'll be doing isn't set (!).
A lot of the answers you have already received would do the trick perfectly here, it just depends on how closely it needs to reflect the Italian employment law (ie convoluted!) mind-set.
