"L’utilizzo del Portale e la navigazione all’interno delle sue pagine sono consentiti e subordinati al rispetto delle presenti Condizioni".

It's clear what they mean (in fact they're stating the obvious and have stated it more than once) but I find that a literal translation is not working out. Maybe need to cut out one of the terms?

the use .... is subject to

"permitted" is understood and not necessary imho
a more direct for, is ... "Your use of this portal is subject to acceptance of/observance of/compliance with ....."
