In a patient discharge report:
"Lieve ispessimento scissurale dx in esiti. Multipli linfonodi sclero-reattivi in sede precarenale, paratracheale superiore e nei cavi asceliari"
My translation is "Multiple sclero-reactive lymph nodes" but there's a lack of evidence to back that up.
