A patient report with a treament diary reporting:
"ECOCG: normali le dimensioni cavitarie (VSTD 44 – AS 37) e gli spessori parietali (SIV 9.5 – PP7). normali le dimensioni della radice aortica. Non alterazioni della cinesi segmentaria, FE > 55%. Fibrosi del LAM, non evidenziati gradienti e/o rigurgiti significativi."
The only suggestion I have come up with for LAM is "lembo anteriore della valvola mitralica". Can anybody confirm that this is what's meant? Thank you

Fibrosi del LAM = It means that the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve is slightly more thickened and stiff than normal, without causing blood reflux into the left atrium when the valve is closed.
