Italian term

Disciplina di Dermatologia

Italian to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This phrase is used in the minutes of a meeting of a hospital Ethical Committee in relation to the approval of the study protocol for a drug trial. It is part of the investigator's title i.e:

"Sperimentatore: Prof. XXXX, *Disciplina di Dermatologia*"

I'm not sure how to translate 'disciplina'.
Thanks

I think it's just dermatology.

agree Tom in London : yes. it's that simple !

agree Rachel Fell : you can say "Discipline of Dermatology" but I think it sounds unnecessary in this case - http://bms.brown.edu/dermatology/
