rich waters
I'm not sure though. Generally in Italian & English you always have something before that "rich", for example "nutrient-rich water", "resin-rich water", nitrite-rich water", "mineral-rich water", and so on. Out of context, as is the case with this definition, the meaning of "acque ricche" is a bit unclear.
But then mine is just a try, since I don't have any previous experiences in this field - but hey, anything could help, no?

enriched water
I am in the middle of a 14,000 word document with only one reference to "acque ricche" in your same context, and no other clues! Never come across it before.
Why do you think 'liquor' and 'fluid'? Why not 'water', since it is medicinal?
