This is probably pretty easy, but it's got me stumped.
In:
La dinamicità, di qualche anno fa, nel sapersi organizzare e plasmare per risultare vincente di fronte alle sempre più competitive realtà del mercato, cosa che da qualche tempo, a mio avviso, manca.
Does it mean "for several years already"? And, if so, how does it correlate with "cosa che da qualche tempo manca"?
