Italian to English Other Other Tender specifications

I am translating some furnishing tender specifications. The above type example occurs in the Excel specifications. I also have an accompanying PDF with images of the furnishings. I am unsure as to whether the "a disegno" means "custom made" or whether it means "as in image".

Sometimes, when talking about the dimensions, it says "come da disegno". I would take this to mean "as in image" and "a disegno" to mean "custom made" but I would appreciate your confirmation (or not as the case may be).
