Italian to English Bus/Financial Real Estate

This comes from a letter of intent between a real estate mutual fund and a company which is to provide certain services involving the properties that are the fund's assets. Under the definitions, there is one for hard costs, which, after enumerating various construction and development costs, in its last sentence states:

"Costi relativi agli allacciamenti ed alle assicurazioni per costruzioni/sviluppo."

I haven't the foggiest. Any suggestions? TIAFYH!
