: Yes, I think this is the most accurate rendition, 'assoritmento taglie' means that various sizes for a clothing items are held/supplied in an area, namely, the stock room.

I think it just means that the storage room (where other clothes sizes are kept) is lacking the required emergency exit indications
zona vendita = sales area (front line)
as opposed to
zona assortimento taglie = storage area
(where further sizes are kept)

afterthought: either the storage area, or a specific point in the sales area where all sizes are displayed (I'm thinking about franchising stores, where one sample is displayed in a standard size and all other sizes may be found on shelves or racks)
