: Ciao JD. I like the sound of 'warmth' and it certainly is conveys the idea, but I think it strays too far from the source words. 'Hospitality' then would be closer and more in keeping with the idea of hotels and accommodations.

Ciao Jo Naples is not known for the "forte valore simbolico" of its hotels, but for the warmth/hospitality of its people. This is a brochure, not a contract. It should sound good and you says it does! Over to you :-)

Ma "aptitude" vuol dire "attitudine" come in questo es. preso da Oxford:"His aptitude for dealing with children got him the job." Non sei d'accordo? E' errato totalmente? Che cosa mi è sfuggito allora?

In my dictionary (Ragazzini): "aptitude" = attitudine, predisposizione, propensione, tendenza. This is why I made that suggestion and now I'm totally confused, myself!!:)

INOLTRE: The wikipedia article that you've used as a reference is not written in good English ... it looks like it was written by a native Spanish speaker, and it contains many mistakes that are evident to a native English speaker. And then the urbandictionary has copied this same text.
In the Oxford example - "His aptitude for dealing with
children got him the job"- I can see now that you would use the Italian word 'attitudine' for this, but now we know that 'attitudine' has two different meanings.
