Ho capito che il tuo problema è dare un nome italiano ai "pastéis de Belém o de Nata" ma per quello che so io e per quello che trovo sui dizionari che ho a disposizione la nata è più spesso intesa come panna che come crema. Se dovessi indicare questi magnifici dolcetti in un testo italiano io li chiamerei **bignè portoghesi** o **bignè di Lisbona**. In fondo anche le arance in molte lingue e dialetti si chiamano "portogalli" (e loro varianti) perché giunti in Europa dal Portogallo.
