Thank you. I prefer "editable" too. The asker referred to two things, editing and control of information, but I think editing covers it all.
agree Alexander Demyanov : "user-controllable"//I do. Strictly speaking, any presentation is "editable". Even 30-year-old 8-mm film can be cut and re-arranged.

interactive presentation

Кирилл Семенов был прав, хоть и с второго раза. Интерактивная - когда пользователь (он же зритель) куда-то кликает, и что-то от этого меняется - страницы перелистываются, мультяшки летают, милый женский голос предлагает купить продукт компании, итд итп ))) ну, типа powerpoint, но с использованием его сложных функций

Self-operated - звучит коряво, так русские говорят по-английски

Controlled - контролируемая кем? в случае презентации, скорее будет звучать как автоматизированная, управляемость пользователем тут НЕ предразумевается

Редактирование презентации пользователем - это какой-то нонсенс.

Пользователь смотрит презентацию и может управлять обычно только мелочами: пауза, начать сначала, продолжить и так далее, то есть воспроизведением.

(presentation) design kit

"Design kit" is in fairly common use for this kind of thing. Add "presentation" if you want to be specific. Compare a Russian company's description of a product that sounds a lot like that given by Dashunya here
