base station equipment

These monitoring networks typically have "base stations" where the signals from cameras, alarms, etc. are all monitored and processed.

From there I would agree along the lines of Irena's answer, using something like "video signal prosessors, and display and archiving units"

static/stationary equipment, installation(s)

Not sure if I've understood the problem. If these cameras rotate on a fixed axis, "static" is probably better.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Irene N : David, it is not about стАЦИОнарное as opposite to переносное. These are central stations receiving data from line or remote devices.

Terminal equipment
In telecommunication, the term terminal equipment has the following meanings:
1. Communications equipment at either end of a communications link, used to permit the stations involved to accomplish the mission for which the link was established.

2. In radio-relay systems, equipment used at points where data are inserted or derived, as distinct from equipment used only to relay a reconstituted signal.

3. Telephone and telegraph switchboards and other centrally located equipment at which communications circuits are terminated.
