Erzsébet Czopyk,
Erzsébet Czopyk May 13, 2006:
:-(((
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Dear Tsogt, Could you please refer to the KudoZ rule that you breached with your message as follows: 'Tsogt Gombosuren: You know it is really a waste of time to answer your questions'.
Tsogt Gombosuren May 12, 2006:
KudoZ rules:
1.2 - Users may not discourage others, in any way, from using the KudoZ service to ask, answer or otherwise participate in the KudoZ terms help process.
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Dear Tsogt, please kindly never answer MY questions. Thank you!
Tsogt Gombosuren May 12, 2006:
1. You are probably talking about http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1119568. You were so rigid then as always.
2. I wouldn't bother to contact a moderator.
3. I don't answer all questions, but questions that I can answer.
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Dear Tsogt, 1. I know it is really a waste of time to explain something to you;
2. Feel free to apply to a moderator.
3. I were you I would not answer all questions.
Ibrahimus May 12, 2006:
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Миша, вы усложняете.
Tsogt Gombosuren May 12, 2006:
You know it is really a waste of time to answer your questions.
Mikhail Kropotov May 12, 2006:
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Миша, не обязательно "убирают". Можно и уволить и т.д. Я прошу вас, не надо "изобретать велосипед". Спасибо!
Mikhail Kropotov May 12, 2006:
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Dear Tsogt, there is absolutely no neccesity for more context.
Tsogt Gombosuren May 12, 2006:
Please provide more context to be clear.
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Здравствуйте, Михаил! Да просто ведь все: нет информации о проблемме? нет и проблеммы. Я ведь писал выше: 'нет человека, нет проблеммы'. Тоже самое и тут. Ну вы то меня удивили! :-)
Mikhail Kropotov May 12, 2006:
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
In Russian, there exist the expression 'нет человека, нет проблеммы'. I suspect that this is something alike.
Levan Namoradze (asker) May 12, 2006:
Dear Tsogt, I beg you pardon due to the fact that the source text does not correspond to your understanding. However, the source states 'information', but not 'news'. 'No news, good news' is certainly the well know expression. However, I need the different one. You could notice that, if you read my question once again.
Tsogt Gombosuren May 12, 2006:
I have never heard of anything like "no information - no problem".
Ibrahimus May 12, 2006:
Если короче, то "no information - no problem"

The Deputy Natural Resources Minister has recently
distributed a telegram in which it was said that the information about both natural and artificial negative or disastrous events should be considered confidential. No information, no problems, so to speak.
