There are so many unsuccessful translations of Schiller's Ode to Joy, that the temptation is to use the German, but if it must be in English, I'd use the most literal version, "Be embraced," maybe adding the old-fashioned "ye".

I mean "literal" from the German ("be embraced"), while the Russian would be "embrace each other," although "обнимитесь" being a reflexive verb, it also has a hint of that passive.

And the reason I thought you could even consider using the German, is that it's so audible in the finale of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, that at least some people would recognize it. But, it's probably better to translate.
