I don't think you would see that from a native English speaker. It's implied: companies/business people wouldn't work together unless it was beneficial to both parties.
When I send my CV to a potential client, this is how I end the letter.
Notice that Sam and I came up with very similar suggestions, at the same time. We're both American and native English speakers...

There are many ways to translate this phrase and the purpose of the translation would determine which (could be several) are best. Here's Google Translate's version: "I hope for a long-term fruitful cooperation". Perfectly adequate for some purposes. My suggestion was based creating something an executive might actually say to English-speaking potential customers. My translation is deliberately "loose". Again, many options would work. I'll just say that if I was the executive asking for my letter to be translated, I would sure want the translator to drop "fruitful".
