Related company is not wrong. I've seen this term used in many accounting statements, e.g.
Related party transactions - Отношения между связанными лицами.

Although I like my second choice affiliated company, I also don't think that related company is wrong. Here is a link from a UK web site:
Higher education institutions set up related companies for a variety of reasons to help them manage their activities efficiently and flexibly.
