So would "механизм ценообразования" be price determination mechanism? I also am considering "pricing mechanism" and "pricing policy" as possible translations but "pricing policy" seems to have too much of a political undertone in what is a non-political document.

Also, is "ценовой механизм" essentially the same thing as the term in question?
