I should add that I've been unable to get the online version of Multitran to respond lately. I have Multitran installed on my computer, but I've been unable to update it since going to Windows 7.

I've only been able to find the term in Google Translate, which renders it as "directional diplomacy." However, I don't believe that's a real term. I do find "omni-directional diplomacy" -- and that looks promising. At least, it pairs well with "double game."
