This appears as follows (the HTA, hiper... and histrorial de... are all indented, but "FE: 22%" is not, i.e. it doesn't seem to be under the HISTORIA PREVIA subheading):

Can anyone please confirm that it is "left ventricular ejection fraction" (as low as 22%)? "Iron" doesn't seem to make any sense, nor does "gallbladder ejection fraction" although the value of 22% is more reasonable for this parameter.
