Το έχω βρει ως "σύνολο κλειδιών" αλλά δεν νομίζω ότι ισχύει εδώ.
XXX allows you to configure your ***keyset*** through a PC screen-based display, rather than by using MMC (man-machine code) commands via the ***keyset keypad***.
XXX provides access to most system facilities and station programming, and allows programmable buttons on the ***keyset*** to be programmed via a graphical user interface complete with help text.
The application itself resides on an IIS web server which in turn is connected to the PBX via the XXX. Your interface to the web server is via an Internet Explorer user interface.
Programmed messages can be used to advise your status to internal callers to your sta-tion. The programmed message will appear on their keyset LCD.

Μου μοιάζει πιο πιθανό και πιο κατανοητό το "συνδυασμός πλήκτρων"
για το keyset.
Όσο για το "keypad" είναι το αριθμητικό πληκτρολόγιο του τηλεφώνου σε αντιδιαστολή με το "keyboard" > το πλήρες αλφαριθμητικό πληκτρολόγιο.

Δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο σε βοηθάει το "κλείδα", αλλά χρησιμποιείται στην κρυπτογράφηση. To υποπληκτρολόγιο εντολών υπάρχει και στην eurodicautom.
