Russian term

4-5 эритроцитов в частых полях зрения

Russian to English Medical Medical (general) microbiology
This phrase occurs in a hospital discharge report, in the Urinalysis section. I am particularly puzzled by the use of the word "частых" here. Normally I would expect to see "в поле зрения" in this context.
The link below also illustrates this usage:

I would be really grateful if anyone offered any suggestions as to what the word in question might mean.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

4-5 erythrocytes in the field of view were common

In the link you provided, the word частых is compared with редких. So, it means frequent or common when compared with rare. Within the context of the doctor's report, it means that more than one analysis was done and 4-5 erythrocytes were frequently observed.
