estate
Or country-estate, or you can call it a "rustic cottage", widely used word to mean a bit of an older style feel to the cottage.
I think you will need to explain it in detail, as there is no one word to encompass what you need. I have heard the word "grange" for something like that, but it was a bit more archaic and had furniture still in place from the 1800s, almost like a mini-museum.

Here's an example of something similar in the United States--a vacation in an old-fashioned farmhouse where guests can observe and experience Amish life:

: Usadba is resoundingly NOT a farm even though it may have some farming going on it. It is primarily a residence with surrounding land, more often than not owned by a noble or a wealthy person.

: I could not find a single example of this being used in an authentic English-speaking source. Plus, as I explained above, usadba is not a farm.

no examples for Anglophone sources ??? usadba in the present context is more of a form than you imagine, in any case more than an estate can ever be. Just have a look at entries on agritourism or farm tourism and the farmer as rural entrepreneur in UK ,
