Description
In this two-part presentation, learn how to use proper etiquette when networking with both direct clients, agencies and fellow linguists at seminars, conferences, dinner meetings and other networking events. This course is co-presented by Suzanne Deliscar, a lawyer-linguist, and Walethia Aquil, CEO and Owner of Grace and Charm LLC, an etiquette and personal development company based in the United States. The Grace and Charm Success System is a proprietary system designed to provide professionals with the training in proper business decorum and protocols in a step by step process that will enhance any professionals ability to win (be successful) in establishing meaningful relationships with upscale clientele and decision makers.
Part I focuses on Networking Etiquette. Part II focuses on Dining Etiquette.

Bio: Suzanne Deliscar is both a lawyer and a Spanish and French to English translator. A graduate of McMaster University with a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Latin American Studies, and a minor in Science, Technology and Public Policy in 2000, Ms. Deliscar went on to obtain a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2003. Ms. Deliscar was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2004 and has been actively practicing law on a full-time basis since that time. As a lawyer-linguist, Suzanne focuses on official document and legal translation, and also trains fellow language professionals in the areas of marketing and legal translation.
