With a background in Physics, it was normal that my original translation experiences grew up in relevant fields as well as in science education. I still love to work on research papers to be published in international journals, it's really exciting and interesting.
Technology and IT have also drawn my attention since long and the required accuracy, the ability to discover, choose or even invent the correct term and of course, the whole effort to transform a set of terms and guidelines in a compact document is really appealing. For starters, it needs a lot of work to get to know how to do it but experience makes it easier little by little.
Marketing has so many new faces and trends that it seems difficult to stay away since it underlies in almost all areas and fields.
Medical related issues are tempting and require volumes of research and work but the resulting knowledge is rewarding.
Actually, the point is that interests tend to emerge from experiences and readings.
It's great to accummulate experiences through time and of course, it's great to be aware more and more people trust one's experience for their personal and professional endeavours.
