To update the photo or services displayed on your badge, simply update your profile photo or services listed on your ProZ.com profile. You can do this by following these links:
If you already have your services listed, remember to set the service you want to display on the badge as "1" in the order of your services. This will ensure the correct service appears on your badge.
Once you've made the changes, your ITD badge will automatically update with the new information.
If you're encountering issues with your badge, there are a few profile fields that need to be completed for the badge to work properly. Please make sure you have:
1. A ProZ.com account and are logged in.
2. A profile photo.
3.The services you provide.
