Hi Jason,

I wrote to both Henry and Cathy and submitted a Support request, but nothing has happened yet.

I need to renw my Platinum Subscription and my Hosting at Proz. I need to do both things (Platinum + Hosting Renewal) AT THE SAME TIME. Please, could youy help me out and tell me what Need I do in olrder to renew both things AT THE SDAME TIME?
