I am a Greek to English and English to Greek NAATI Accredited and Certified
Translator, permanently residing in Sydney, Australia.
I am a native Greek speaker with tertiary education in both Greece and Australia.
I completed a Bachelor of Science equivalent degree in Physics at the University
of Patras, Greece.
I then obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of NSW,
Sydney, Australia, where I held a tutorship position for several years while
doing postgraduate research in Astrophysics, frequently observing at the Parkes
Radio Telescope.
More recently, I completed a Diploma of Language Studies, a Master of Arts by
Research, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree at the University of Sydney's
Department of Modern Greek and Byzantine Studies, where I have also been
teaching Translation, Modern Greek, and International and Global Studies.
I have previously held a variety of academic positions teaching Advanced Greek
and Translation at the University of NSW and Macquarie University.
I specialise in English to Greek and Greek to English Translation, Checking,
Proofreading, and Greek Voiceovers. I work freelance as a panel translator for
leading translation agencies and Commonwealth and State Government departments.
Translation areas include: Medical, Scientific, Technical, Legal, Government, Business,
