Cafetrans doesn't open a sdlppx package

Hello,
My client sent me a sdlppx package. When I want open this, cafetrans says me : "the SDLIFF file is not ready for translation in CafeTran yet. Please pre-translate it against a TM or copy source segments to target segments."
I don't understand. Help please
