My Memory not working

I have received the following message from MyMemory Support:

"The issue has to be be solved by Cafetran as the integration is not developed by us. I suggest you contact their support to tell them they should change http into https - or do follow redirect."

Can I therefore request that this is done? Seems simple enough....

The MyMemory connection issue has been resolved in CafeTran's 11.2.3 update: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/6000067006

If you think you can't update CT in your system, please submit a support ticket at CafeTran's Freshdesk site to check your installation and guide you through the update process.

Just checking in to say thank you to everybody who helped me out here, first of all Hans and of course Igor - your explanation helped me to finish the problem within a few minutes.
