Yes, the customizable text export is a function that allows export AND import. To be able to import back a translated CSV file it is important to correctly configure the export. Excel is quite rude with delimiters and quoting and sometimes damages the files. Users should use Unicode encoding and the tab character as the delimiter.

The free Translator Editions don't have export/import functions. These free versions should be used to translate in context by visualizing the software UI. If that is not available in your case please ask your project manager to provide other file formats as the main version is also able to export/import SDLXLIFF instead of Passolo translation bundles
