Some data points:

1. The last three quick polls had all closed before I even saw them. The last two had totals of 13 and 14 votes, probably because they were up for such a short time. What is the point of a poll that only collects a dozen votes?

2. It's still not possible to participate in an existing discussion, either by adding a new post directly or by quoting somebody else's post. This has been going on for more than a week now. All you get is a blank page with the ... See more
Some data points:

After many attempts since this morning, it seems I’ve finally managed to join in this discussion instead of having a blank page. As for the Quick Polls, I wonder whether the current frequency is intended to make up for what happened a while back, when the Quick Poll remained the same for months on end. Or is the idea to do away with it altogether by showing that very few people are responding?

bug seems to be random also regarding users Aug 20

The bug seems to appear radomly also related to users, or at least I didn't experience any issues on the site today. Maybe a cookie problem? Any tech experts here?

Everything’s working well today; I hope I’m not getting ahead of myself, but this calls for a round of congratulations to the Proz team (I wouldn’t want to be in any of their shoes) and let’s hope there aren’t any more annoying bugs…
