It's the very first thing I check when I’m contacted by a new client, reading carefully (meaning with a pinch of salt) all comments (positive and negative). I also check elsewhere (LinkedIn, Payment Practices, TC, etc.).

Definitely yes, this is the first thing I do when a new client contacts me. Also, I take it seriously. I don't work with clients who have negative reviews. I feel that working with them will be kind of a "risk".

I don't track them, except for one where I accidentally clicked on this feature, but I always check a new potential client on the Blue Board. I've also always read the peer comments, starting with the worst ones. (As I'm still considering whether to become a member again, I can't read them at the moment).

Many small agencies may not be on the Blue Board at all, or they may be present without any reviews. This is not a red flag per se.
